More then 120 companies in the constructions domain met last week in Iasi, succeding to attract a large number of visitors, on the whole period of the first National Exhibition in Constructions and Installations from this year. It appears that network exhibitions are the public favourites in 2009. Domain professionals as well as the large public showed their interest in the products and the novelties brought forward by the exhibitors united at the Providence Center.
CAMEX offered once more the right pulse of the constructions market from Romania which, in spite of the general economic slump, succeds in surviving this difficult period and, more than that, remains in the public eye, always interested by its evolution. People from Iasi had the opportunity to meet at CAMEX not the seller, but the producer and, more important, with the specialist from whom one could learn how to build efficient this year and how to choose the right materials at a good price. As every year, CAMEX came with a complete solution for the construction of a house, from base materials to elements of decorating of great refinement, like the stained glasses worked manually.
At the official opening of the XIIIth CAMEX Exhibition held in Iasi on the 19th of March in the Conference Zone from the Providence Center, the following have participated: Iasi County Praefect – Mr Victorel Lup, Iasi County Council President – Mr Constantin Simirad, Iasi County Mayor – Mr Gheorghe Nichita, Iasi County Council Vicepresident – Mr Constantin Adascalitei and Suceava County Council Vicepresident – Mr Vasile Ilie. All the guests underlined the importance of CAMEX National Exhibition of Constructions and Installations for Iasi and congratulated the exhibitors for „the courage” and the choice they have taken in this period of financial crisis, when promoting and marketing efficient politics have a very important role.
Throughout the Exhibition, in the CAMEX Conference Zone, there have taken place numerous presentations and conferences that attracted the visitors. On Friday, at 11.00, Narcis Tabacaru, Iasi IMM Teritory Office Councillor, has presented the latest solutions for fincing the micro companies and on Saturday, Nicolae Botu, Univ. Prof. At Iasi Constructions Faculty, held a seminar on the novel technologies in constructions. The urbanistic problems of Iasi and the fate of Iasi monuments was the title for the conference of the Romanian Architects Order, Iasi branch, ehere numerous exhibitors and visitors attended. Moreover, during the four days, the exhibition of the Romanian Inventors Society took place, where latest inovations in the domain have been shown.
