You are obliged to deliver data, these being necessary for the offer of services to you by Abplus Events. Your refusal determines the impossibility of Abplus Events to offer you the required services.

2. If you wish to register for a reservation to one of the exhibitions organized by Abplus Events, so as to obtain a price deduction
- You shall have to fill in a form containing the following data: name of the company, phone number, fax, e-mail, activity object, Registration number at Commerce Register, Fiscal Identification Code, address of company, postal address, city, county, postal code, name of contact person , your website – in case in own one. The bold fields are compulsory, and if you do not fill them in at all or if you fill in with incorrect or unreal data, Abplus Events shall be in the impossibility to register your request and offer you above mentioned deduction.
3. If you wish to register in order to receive the Newsletters sent by Abplus Events
You shall have to fill in a form containing the following data: e-mail, compulsory field; if you do not fill it in at all or if you fill in with incorrect or unreal data, Abplus Events shall be in the impossibility to send you the chosen newsletter(s).
You have the possibility to unsubscribe, if you wish.
4. If you wish to set an alarm for one or more of the exhibitions organized by Abplus Events
You shall have to fill in a form containing the following data: e-mail, compulsory field; if you do not fill it in at all or if you fill in with incorrect or unreal data, Abplus Events shall be in the impossibility to send you the alarms set by you.
You have the possibility to cancel one or more alarms, by sending a new request without any set alarm.
5. If you wish to send a message to the organizer of CAMEX, Abplus Events
You shall have to fill in a form containing the following data: name, phone number, e-mail. The bold fields are compulsory, and if you do not fill them in at all or if you fill in with incorrect or unreal data, Abplus Events shall be in the impossibility to offer an answer to your message.
Collecting and using personal data by Abplus Events
We use the information collected on the site www.camex.ro, no matter if it refers to personal, demographic, collective or technical data, in order to manage your messages and requests, to solve your questions, to improve our site, to consult with users on the improvement of products’ quality and services offered.

In case Abplus Events becomes insolvent – voluntary or involuntary – the data base may be sold, authorized, bargained, through the provisional liquidator, the administrator or the buyer, only with the approval of the legal authority. In case such above mentioned situations appear, you shall be notified in due time by e-mail or by an announcement posted on the site of Abplus Events.
Your right to modify or delete your data held by the operator
Abplus Events offers the user the right to modify the contact data you registered, some aspects you might be interested in, including new information on launched products and services. Also you may ask the operator to delete your data anytime.
